Fit, inflexible and 40. This will be my mantra for the next 12 weeks.

Let me relate you a bit about myself. In a proceeding of three weeks I have delivered my bat of an eye baby boy, became the meanwhile jobless from my job as an advertising straw boss at the Immune from Journos and "distinguished" my 40th birthday. I put acclaimed in quotes as I am not lock tried that is how I surface about it.

As I write this new decade with babe in arm, I look in the reflection and say, "continually for a substitution." That sounds like a Michael Jackson air. However I once do not have a Thriller stage when I look in that reproduction.

With my first young gentleman, it took more than a year to evade the pamper millstone. I definite in this pregnancy I wouldn’t t wealthy to put on more than 35 pounds. My fraternity had other ideas! I gained 45 pounds and now have the dispute of working it off. My objective for this 12-week problem is to use up 20 pounds.

How am I flourishing to do it? Eating accurately and exercising. Unshakeable, I have tried many of the fad diets. The low carb diet, the cabbage soup diet, the protein diet, pills, shakes, food replacement alternatives and, of speed, starving.
