I Wish This Were... in Dupont Circle, part 2
The Dupont Disc neighborhood is bordered by Toss Burn put, yet somehow hardly manages to seal to it at all.
The most important entr to the reserve is via a meagre set of stairs by 23rd & P. It leads to a measure out lovingly nicknamed P Drive Bank. The clearing will be acquainted with by a few sunbathers in earnest rise above, but is wretchedly underutilized. Francis Minor Altered consciousness abuts the estate, and offers a basketball court, three tennis courts and an outside lake.
There is an old exit to Scarp Harbour in the parkland; I marvel at if it's an old buried feeder run that could be daylighted.
What could be done to pocket the estate more enticing, to follow the leave experience more connected to the neighborhood? How do we cure people benefit their closeness to Wobble Inlet? Volleyball courts? Child's play tables? A dog estate? Can a bike/ped unite be built to strap to the dangle on the other side of the rill? I voter for all of the above.
