She describes her goal shop as “Greeks, anybody who enjoys Greek foods, travelers and those who are intrepid in their palette.”

One of the foundations for Soup of Crete has been kinsmen recipes handed down to Psarakis from her natural-in-law, Evangelia. In details, her mam-in-law’s recipes for cookies made with extra virgin olive oil have evolved into one of the market’s most all the rage lines.
